Installation &
Construction

Conduit, cable tray, wire pulling and termination, device mounting, panel wiring, and grounding, self-performed under our Texas Electrical Contractor License (TECL# 41990). Built right the first time so loop checks don't find what the inspector missed.

What We Install

Installation Scope

  • Conduit & Cable Tray

Rigid, IMC, and flexible conduit runs; ladder, trough, and wireway systems to spec

    • RGS, IMC, EMT, and LFMC conduit systems including hazardous location sealing fittings (Class I, Div 1 & 2)
    • Ladder, trough, solid-bottom, and wireway cable tray with penetration seals and expansion fittings
    • Conduit supports, hangers, and unistrut to project and NEC requirements
    • Bluebeam as-built redlines updated as conduit is installed — no reverse-engineering at turnover
  • Cable Pulling & Termination

Power, control, instrument, and fiber — pulled, dressed, and terminated to spec

    • 600V power, control, MC cable, SER, and armored SHD cable pulls
    • Instrumentation: thermocouple, RTD, 4–20mA signal cable, and data highway
    • Fiber optic installation, splicing, and termination
    • Torque-controlled terminations with heat-shrink and wire markers per loop drawing
    • Point-to-point verification documentation included at no additional cost
  • Panel & MCC Wiring

Control panels, junction boxes, MCCs, marshalling cabinets, and local control stations

    • Control panels, marshalling cabinets, junction boxes, and local control stations (LCS)
    • Motor Control Center (MCC) bucket wiring and terminal block terminations
    • DIN rail component mounting, wire duct routing, and labeling per project standard
    • PLC/DCS I/O terminations verified against loop drawings before sign-off
  • Instrument Device Mounting

Transmitters, switches, analyzers, valves, and actuators — per P&ID and instrument index

    • Pressure, DP, temperature, flow, and level transmitters; gas detectors and flame scanners
    • Control valves, actuators, solenoids, and local gauge assemblies
    • 1/4" and 1/2" SS and CS impulse tubing with block, bleed, and bypass valve assemblies
    • Analyzer sample systems, sample conditioners, and probe installations
    • Installation documented against P&ID, instrument index, and data sheet — every device
  • Grounding & Bonding

Ground grid connections, equipment bonding, static discharge points, and test points per NEC

    • Equipment grounding conductors to ground grid with listed lugs and hardware
    • Static bonding cables and clamps for flammable and combustible liquid service
    • Intrinsically safe (IS) ground bars, zener barriers, and IS circuit segregation
    • Ground electrode resistance testing and documentation per NEC Article 250 and NFPA 70E
  • Pre-Commissioning Checks

Continuity, insulation resistance, and point-to-point verification before loop checks begin

    • Megger (IR) testing on all power and control cables before energization
    • Continuity verification of every wire run against loop drawings
    • Panel energization checklist with supervision sign-off
    • Punch item identification documented in Bluebeam punchlist format
    • Pre-commissioning turnover package prepared and ready for loop check hand-off
Why Rogue for Installation

Built to Commission

We install with commissioning in mind. Terminations labeled right, conduit seals placed correctly, documents current. Loop checks don't find what the install crew rushed.

Class I, Division 1 & 2

Hazardous location work on natural gas compression, processing, and LNG facilities — the environment we know from the ground up.

Design Review Before First Conduit Run

We offer pre-construction P&ID and loop drawing review so field fit issues are resolved before they become schedule problems.

Bluebeam As-Built from Day One

Redlines in Bluebeam as the work happens. No reverse-engineering field notes the week before turnover.
