What Makes Us Different

Built Around One Standard

01

Field-First, Not Office-First

RTS leadership came up through the field — loop checks, loop cards, punch lists, start-up logs. We know what it takes because we've done it. That perspective shows up in how we scope work, how we communicate, and how we deliver.

02

We Own Our Scope

When Rogue takes on work, we do the work. Not a subcontract. Not a staffing arrangement. Accountable for the deliverable from kickoff through turnover — no handoffs, no gap between who you called and who shows up.

03

Single-Source E&I Capability

Most firms specialize in one phase. We cover the full stack — so your project doesn't lose continuity at the installation-to-commissioning handoff. Same team, same documentation standard, same accountability all the way through.

  • E&I installation — conduit, wire, instruments, panels, terminations
  • Pre-commissioning and loop checks
  • Commissioning, start-up, and functional testing
  • Design review, Bluebeam, and field engineering
  • Reliability, RCA, and ongoing maintenance support
04

15+ Years of Project Experience

Not generalists who happen to work in E&I. Specifically: natural gas compression and pipeline transmission, package equipment, fiscal measurement, DCS and SCADA integration, ITP development and QAQC documentation.

  • Cat, Waukesha, and Solar Turbines packaged equipment
  • Allen-Bradley, Emerson DeltaV, Yokogawa, Honeywell systems
  • Fiscal measurement, ESD logic, SCADA and RTU integration
  • ITP development and QAQC documentation
  • Greenfield and brownfield — both sides
"We built Rogue around one straightforward idea: do the work right, document it properly, and stand behind it. We don't oversell and underdeliver."
